Covered a wedding at The Rochford Hotel Rochford Essex last Saturday.Congratulations to Debbie Green, and Michael Rose. Beautiful weather for the wedding, a far cry cry from the morning when it was cold wet and windy. The cake was amazing, for two reasons. It was a lovely design, and the Bride and Groom made it themselves!
